The returning of goods is dependent upon the merchant's return policy.
For any returned/refunded products, we will be in touch directly with the business where the goods were purchased, so that the repayment schedules can be finalised upon return/refund of the goods.
If your attempts to contact a merchant regarding a refund or return have gone unanswered for 10 days, please contact us on applicationsupport@walletpay.au and our team will collaborate with you to address the issue and provide updates on the resolution process.
