To be able to submit a WalletPay application, we need you to verify you and your financial position. For us to do that, you will need to provide the below:
- One form of Australian ID (passport, Medicare, driver’s licence) We do not accept proof of age card.
- Bank and/or Centrelink Statements*
- Income and Expense Details (this is a rough estimate – as this information is more accurately retrieved from your statements)
*You need to have access to Online Banking and/or MyGov Details (if receiving Centrelink) to upload your statement.
