How will my manual payment be applied?
Catching up on missed payments (arrears):
If your account is behind, your payment will be applied to your overdue balance to bring your account up to date. Regular repayments will continue on their scheduled dates once the account is current.
Paying off your contract in full:
A manual payment does not automatically close your account unless you have requested a formal payout quote and paid the specified payout figure before its expiry date
General extra payment:
The funds will be applied to your account in accordance with the terms of your credit contract to reduce your outstanding balance.
